Event Specific Training Plan

Congratulations on making the smart decision to invest in your health & fitness. In preparation for a specific event we design weekly training blocks for you and depending on the event this can range over 4 – 16 weeks. As we walk the journey with you we implement an effective but flexible training plan to fit your schedule and time available to train. We monitor your progress and adjust your training plan accordingly. We support you throughout and you can contact us at any time.
