Leroux coaching uses the TrainingPeaks platform to communicate and interact with our athletes. All training sessions are loaded into your calendar on TrainingPeaks for easy access via the Training Peaks app on your phone. This way you can stay on track and in return we have access to your data as you complete each session. With this data we can design your training plan and progression as we move closer to race day
Once registered we will make contact with you via a call or per email. We will take you step-by-step through the process that includes download and syncing all your devices with the Training Peaks platform
Remember you have a 7-day free trail. During this time we will get you connected and upload your first training block. It is important for us to know that you are all set-up and comfortable with the process. (You have the option not to continue after the 7-day trail or to cancel at any month during your program)
You will complete a standard fitness test in week 2 and together with your training history we will design your program and upload your first training block. Based on your progress and feedback we will increase volume & intensity
The day-to-day, week-to-week program is all-inclusive. We look at all the aspects of strength & conditioning. We design the program around you and your needs. If you have limited training available time due to work or family commitments we design your program accordingly and make sure that you get to the starting line in the best possible shape.
As your online coach I will stay in touch throughout your journey with regular feedback and of course you can contact me at any stage!
