1-ON-1 Coaching

Congratulations on making the smart decision to invest in your athletic career. The 1-ON-1 coaching option is an all-inclusive training plan for the professional or amateur athlete. Weekly planning and interaction between you and the coach. Periodisation of your training year, workload monitoring, recovery and nutrition guidelines are all included in the 1-on-1 coaching platform. The training plan runs month-to-month as we identify and prepare for specific races and events.
